The Maran, a six-story structure built in 1890, used to be the home of the Gombrecht and Benesch Furniture Store.

20 Park Avenue

Built in 1896 and designed by Joseph Evans Sperry, the Brewers Exchange served as a center for negotiating over commodities used by the local brewing industry. The building sold to the Mercantile Savings Bank in 1906 and the building is now also known as Murdock Place.
