Road Bike solo-ride. I was so free during Chinese New Year Holiday break! So decided to explore the northern region on bike! Took Ferry to Butterworth and used the newly completed BORR towards old Federal road to Sungai Petani. No lunch was taken as the weather was too hot n lost appetite! I rode all the way to Kuala Kedah Ferry Terminal in Alor Setar. On the way back to Penang, took dinner break at SP! Beaches (Merdaka, Tanjung Dawai) along the route were really beautiful. Gunung Jerai was in the vicinity but roads were mostly flat, easy to ride but not much shade!
