One of the well known grassland of Kutch, Parts of the Naliya Grassland in Kutch, Gujarat (Northwest India) was declared as Kutch Bustard Sanctuary in 1992. The grasslands east of the town of Naliya are famous for its breeding Indian Bustards. They also hold a wide variety of interesting passerines and raptors.
