var55_Paragraph1_Text: "We are tired of wars," Marigul says. The 50-year old woman lives with her three sons in one small, cold room. When her husband was killed and the Taliban took over, Marigul still had one advantage over some women: Her three sons could go outside the home, although she could not. After a year of vocational training with Women for Women International, she obtained a microcredit loan to purchase raw materials and start a shoemaking business with her sons.
