Luis Manuel Guzman, 28. Fatally shot shortly after 10:10 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2011. The Forest Grove Police Department and the Washington County Major Crimes Team are investigating the incident. So far, police have no suspects. Police received a report of shots fired in the 2200 block of B Street. A caller reported hearing the shots and seeing a man down in front of a fourplex home. Detectives received different witness accounts, including people saying they saw someone run from the area and leave in a vehicle. On March 22, Niaz Mohammed Khoshnaw, 18, of Portland, was arrested on a murder charge. Forest Grove police, citing an ongoing investigation, would not release information about how authorities were led to arrest Khoshnaw or about possible motives in the case.
