Jocelyn Manzano Pabingwit, 46. Stabbed to death by her husband June 17 at J.P. Cuisine, the Hillsboro restaurant the couple owned together. Hillsboro police say her husband, Diosdado Pabingwit Jr., 51, stabbed her multiple times. He was fatally shot by a responding police officer when Pabingwit, armed with a knife, advanced toward the officer. Police later found Jocelyn Pabingwit's body in the back of the restaurant. Through subsequent interviews with friends and family members, detectives found that Jocelyn Pabingwit wanted a divorce, but her husband did not.
