On June 24, 2011, Kaliq Michael Mansor, 33, of Tigard was arrested in the death of one of his twin infant sons, Bryan Mansor. The father was initially charged with one count of murder by abuse. On July 1, a grand jury issued a 10-count indictment, including three counts of murder. Mansor pleaded not guilty to all charges. According to the indictment, he is charged with two counts of murder by abuse, one count of murder in the course of committing first-degree assault of a child younger than 14, one count of first-degree assault, one count of third-degree assault and one count of first-degree criminal mistreatment. Bryan, who sheriff's deputies say died June 13, is listed as the victim for those charges. Mansor is also charged with several counts in which Bryan's twin brother, Ethan Mansor, is listed as the victim. Those charges are two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment. Washington County Sheriff's Office detectives began investigating the case June 12, after staff at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center reported injuries to a child. Bryan's cause of death has not been released. The baby's brother, Ethan, was taken into state custody before Mansor's arrest, the sheriff's office said.
