(Unsolved)Alejandro "Alex" Castrejon-Tovar, 15. The teen's remains were found in the area of Southwest Shelton Street and Southwest 160th Avenue on Nov. 18. A badly decomposed human foot was found along a recently built trail, and a search dog found the rest of the decomposed body nearby. A positive identification was made through dental remains. Castrejon-Tovar was reported as a runaway in May 2007. Authorities say the teen was murdered. Anyone with information about the disappearance or killing is asked to call the Washington County Major Crimes Team by calling the sheriff's office at 503-846-8611. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
