Barbecue chain that greatly exceeds expectations: lean and moist brisket listed on the menu, cords of post oaks piled outside, big brick pits. Excellent smoke and rendering on the brisket, ribs good, sausage excellent. Tubs of beer packed in ice at the start of the line make waiting to place your order that much easier.
