A classic East Texas-style "shade tree' barbecue joint in the Independence Heights neighborhood of Houston. A small trailer with a steel smoker tacked on to one side, this place puts out better-than-average brisket on a good day, good ribs and excellent housemade hot links. Smoked boudin also worth a try.
