Lyndon's has to be one of Houston's most underachieving BBQ joints. A great building, menu and accoutrements are wasted on bland and undersmoked barbecue. Bonus points, though, for a heavy music rotation of Waylon Jennings, Tanya Tucker and Freddy Fender.
