A literal drive-thru joint, with thick bullet-proof glass separating you from the disembodied voice taking your order. Money and food are exchanged through a bank drawer. The 'cue's not bad: St. Louis cut ribs and brisket are good, sausage is excellent. Ranch-style beans over rice were probably canned but surprisingly good. Not too sweet sauce. When asked what kind of smoker they use, employee responded "liquid." Go figure.
