Goode Co. BBQ is like a talented but underachieving athlete I want to grab by the shoulders and yell: "Try harder! You can be great!" The ribs and brisket here are strongly infused with the flavor of mesquite (for which I give high marks), but are consistently chewy and dry. Sausage is top notch and the pecan pie, even at $5 a pop, is almost worth the trip alone.
