This joint in an obscure residential neighborhood in southern Houston (it's actually in Harris County) produces solid East Texas BBQ three days a week. All meats had excellent smoke; lean brisket was pretty good, peppery sausage excellent, and ribs were some of the best in Houston. Owner on premises and not shy about touting his barbecue.
