I am 85% sure this was the location. This is where Sid Ceaser started his comedy routine
"i remember when music mountain( avon lodge) would have concerts I was able to listen to them and hearing some amazing bands. i... spent time at other bungalow colonies in the summers from 1964 and on, but got my first hotel job in 1979 at this hotel. I started cooking at the hotel after the 2nd cook hit all the waiters for bail money and disappeared in the night. the head chef, jon demopolous, allowed me to learn how to cook and have been doing it ever since. there were many nightrs we would end up at the ichi ban hotel and bar (on rt 42) in fallsburg to blow off steam and unwind. bobby the owner was from jersey city and would take troubled youths and give them an opportunity to see what could be out ther for them. there were some great times and memories in that era!!!...the avon lodge (which became Music Mountain in'80). The Avon Lodge had a comedy club called Bananas and I remember seeing the Bionic Chicken (Lenny Schultz) there. I mapquested the area and if you satelite image the area, you can still find the lake and the tennis court plus some buildings. The road now has a Russian name and I do not know if the buikdings are the originals."
