"(Delayed Report) Border Meeting: SP6 conducted a border coordination meeting with the Frontier Corps deputy commander BG Ifdikhar at Nawa Pass. The meeting discussed border coordination, expected DTGs when HF radios could be exchanged, and an OML update. SP6 stated that we are off to a good start with PAKMIL coord in the north and that the BG seems very willing to share information. The BG told SP6 that Pak forces had killed a Syrian IED maker named Mohammed Al-Shurian who is suspected to have been headed for Miram Shah and he was believed to have been in Konar teaching fighters in Afghanistan how to build IEDs of greater complexity."
