Overflowing rubbish bin - Redlands ward, Reading (sitios de interés)

The small litter bin outside Phoenix College is always overflowing and should be replaced by a larger bin to accommodate the volume of rubbish thrown away and encourage litter to be placed in a bin rather than thrown on the pavement or in the grounds of Phoenix College.
