Derrick Rohl '12, Chile - Where in the World Are IWU Titans? (sitios de interés)
Descripción del sitio
In early 2011, Derrick traveled to Chile for the second time to research at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory. His research--which was funded by the NSF--was conducted in the Andes Mountains at an altitude of 2,200 meters. Cerro Tololo is considered an ideal spot for astronomy because of its dry climate and low humidity.
