Genesis spent much of spring semester 2012 as a marketing intern at South-South Global Assets and Technology Exchange. Among other assignments, she created and designed an online corporate magazine and translated newsletters into English.
An international business major from Detroit, Genesis was one of five IWU students to receive a Benjamin A. Gilman study abroad scholarship.
The coolest thing she did while abroad? Walking the Great Wall.
