Abstract:MetaComb Inc.(MCI) has developed a novel process for turning Old CorrugatedCardboard (OCC) into a versatile MetaComb™ material(MCM) for use in, but notlimited to, packaging, lighting, and building applications. In packaging, ourtarget market is Insulated Rigid Shipping Containers primarily used inAir-freighted cargo. Presently, materials used to make Rigid Shipping Containersare wood, plywood, and in-place foam. MCI is looking to replace this outdatedtechnology with MetaComb™ crates. Revenue model revolves around direct andindirect sales and royalties of MCM and products, licensing IP and associatedservices, As we continue to grow, Research Development & Deployment arm ofMCI will continue to innovate and develop MCI technology and products.
