9  May - Starry Ribbon Campaign

1.Handing out of ribbons with EU colours along with cards stating the core message of EM Finland: EU is not perfect (täydellinen) but it is essential (tähdellinen, a word that literally happens to mean starry!),
2.Taking photos of people with a star-shaped pillow and a blackboard on which they have written or drawn whatever Europe or EU makes them think of. The photos are published on the Facebook page of EM Finland and those that tag themselves in the photo participate in a raffle in which the main prize is a 100-euro gift voucher to an event ticket agency.
