Felix St, Lutwyche - Rat running hotspots (sitios de interés)

Felix street gets rat runners as they cut down from lutwyche road into Marita street. In the morning for a couple of hours it is at a peak. Although they have put in speed bumps to slow the traffic i think they need to do more.
